Libre Tokyo is operated as a private community organization in Tokyo. This policy explains what data we collect when you apply to join a group, how we use it, and your rights under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

What we collect

When you submit an application, we collect your name, contact details, ward of residence, sport preferences, and an identity document used solely to verify residency in the wards we operate in.

How we use it

Personal data is used only to place you in a group, communicate with you about sessions, and meet ward-facility booking requirements. We do not share data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Your rights

Under APPI, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@libre-tokyo.com and we will respond within 14 days.
